I have found working with everyone in his office is a wonderful experience. They respond to phone requests and notes on Patient Portal very quickly. I never have to wait more than a week for an appointment. I have never had a problem with the doctor. I've worked with several of the Pam's and have the best of care. They have always spent as much time as needed with me. Never feel rushed.

The Doctors do not spend any time with their patients to truly get an understanding of their health. They will easily prescribe any type of medication just so they can move on to the next patient.

Will be looking for a different doctor cant get the help i need

The staff is extremely rude, and makes patients wait long and needlessly after placing people on hold, and impatient to its customers. If you are sick and need attention and real compassion, this is not the office to go to for help. They could care less, and make it seem your problem if you question their lack of quality care.

The practice has gone steadily downhill in the past 20 years.

Dr Panzarella is excellent IF you can get an appointment with him. He is booking appointments 2 months out. That's fine for physicals but not if you are sick. If you are sick you will only be able to see the nurse practitioner. I haven't seen the doctor in several years for an illness. I remember when he first opened as a walk in clinic I always saw the doctor. Now I think his practice has grown too big.

I really think that older people need to see the doctor more often than twice a year and they need to see the doctor not an FNP. this is OK when you have an emergency. Also I find Immediate Care is a great place to go in an emergency since your hours have been reduced greatly. Your in and out of there within the hour. Very reliable people there and hours are great even weekends.

I first came to Dr Panzarella due to an unexpected illness that needed immediate attention. I came to his office because they did not require an appointment. I stumbled across a great Doctor. He has helped me for about 8 years now and even though I have had my share of medical problems due to my active lifestyle, he always has pointed me in the right direction for mt best health. I have had some serious pain issues and he steered me to people that can help the problem without surgery. The doctor takes his time with me and really listens.
