Smart, thorough, and gets it that everything is connected. With so many specialists, some seem to forget you have additional body parts! Dr. Hays is thoughtful, explains well and is determined to help in complex situations.

Had cataract surgery on my first eye yesterday and it was a success, looking forward to getting the other one done in a couple of weeks. Dr. Hays is a great Doctor and answers all your questions making you feel comfortable throughout the process. All the staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Overall the services provided are great. I was not happy that the individual (Akiel) who did the eye measures/pictures kept lowering his mask. If I have to wear a mask, I felt that he should also. We were in very close quarters. When he would turn off the lights, he would lower his mask below his mouth. This wasn't just below his nose.

Everyone was professional and kind. It is important that I be kept warm (Raynaud's Syndrome) and they made sure that happened. Dr. Hays, thank you for your knowledge, skills and calming nature. You are the best and only eye surgeon I have had. See you in a few weeks for second surgery.

Dr. Hays is very friendly and knowledgable. He and his staff have great communication. I had cataract surgery in both eyes and everything is great.
