He did his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at William Beaumont Community Hospital in Royal Oak and Troy, Michigan, followed by post-graduate training in orthotics, prosthetics and interventional pain management. Dr. MacKenzie has been with Physical Medicine Associates since 1989.
