Good experience. Great job with keeping us safe with COVID-19. Really went above and beyond.

I made an appointment with Dr. James Wilson for a test to be done through my insurance company at the time. As I was about to walk out the door for the long trip (50 miles) to his office, I received a call from his office stating that the doctor had a "business meeting" and that I could reschedule the next available appointment for a month later, which I did. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told that the doctor was in the last month was no longer participating with my insurance company, but they could do the procedure if I wanted to pay hundreds (five to seven hundred!) out of my own pocket! This after I was already paying a fortune ($1,500 a month) for my health insurance! This doctor cared neither about my health, suffering, time or money, only his own time and money. Pathetic and infuriating. Honestly Dr. Wilson should not be practicing medicine IMHO.

I have been to several doctors trying to find out what is wrong with me. Dr. Wilson told me what was wrong before he even sat down to discuss my problems and then had me referred and scheduled with the right specialist for the next day. He took the time to read all of my information and then explain everything to me. Even though I had to wait a bit to see him, he took the time to prepare for my visit and then answered every question that I had and the ones my daughter asked. He was worth the wait. I just wish I had seen him first. A very smart man who really cares. You don't find many doctors like him anymore!
