I could not have picked a better facility or Doctor! Everyone is caring, welcoming and informative. Naturally, I had a couple of consultations for my breast reduction. I went from a 38H to a 36DT. he first 2 were disappointing for many reasons. Dr Romanelli was immediately interested in not only why I wanted a reduction, but how it would change my life. He genuinely cared. He was confident in how he could help me and explained everything throughly. Never rushed me out of an appointment. I worked in a hospital with many doctors over a 30 year span. He is one of the good ones!

Dr. Romanelli and his team are the absolute best. I loved every PA and nurse who helped out during my pre/post op appointments and my surgery. They made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions and were so kind. Before my breast augmentation and lift I was insecure and uncomfortable in my own skin. Now I feel so happy with the way I look and my results exceeded my expectations.

Twenty-two years ago I had breast implant surgery with a lift. The results were amazing, especially after having four children prior, and then one more after. When it was time to replace them, Dr. Romanelli was the only consideration for me. He is like fine wine, just getting better with time. I needed no pain killers, the results are amazing, and after two days, post-op, I could not believe I attended a Christmas party. More so, I cannot believe I have been able to cook and will able to host Christmas Eve. I am so beyond happy and grateful for Dr. Romanelli and his whole staff!

I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Romanelli for a breast lift and reduction. This was the best decision I made and I had the best experience. The procedure and recovery was way easier than I had thought. The office is amazing, with no wait times, following up or answering any concerns or questions. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Romanelli and his office. Everyone here is so kind, and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Romanelli took his time to think through all of the different options, and hoped on a call with me to discuss my lingering questions prior to surgery day. Surgery day I was extremely nervous and the staff did an amazing job at making me more comfortable. I loved the touch with the music / fall scene on the tv in the surgical room. As for the surgery it went amazing, and I had zero pain or bruising. When I say zero pain I mean it zero - and I did not use any pain killers past day 2 of recovery. The results are amazing, I am healing great and I feel that choosing this practice made that difference in ensuring a smooth recovery. If you want a professional, warm, friendly, attentive place to get surgery I 100 percent recommend this practice. For reference I saw 3 other Drs for a consult and Romanelli checked all my boxes. 10/10!

Everything was wonderful. Dr. Romanelli is such a knowledgeable , calm and experienced doctor that I am so glad I decided to go with him. The staff too has been very cooperative and patient. Overall I am so pleased that i came here to do my surgery.

The man is a legend. I had surgery in 2018 and with another surgeon and was left with awful keloid scarring. After getting zero response from the original surgeons staff I scheduled a consult with Dr. Romanelli. He was the original surgeon I wanted however I was under the impression he was no longer doing mommy make overs at the time (ladies he is and I highly recommend now is the time to do it) Fast forward to now, the scars on my breast were my biggest insecurity. My surgery was only 2 weeks ago but I can already tell my scarring is going to be minimal. Dr Romanelli is the most kind hearted generous surgeon I have ever met. His staff is phenomenal as well. I had a breast reduction with Dr Romanelli in October of 2023. He and his staff exceeded my expectations. From the first consultation to 2 months post op it couldn’t have gone smoother. His in office staff are amazing and ready to assist, his post operative staff were incredible. All my questions were answered. I never thought of myself as a person who would ever receive plastic surgery, but now I am converted because of this experience.
