Info given to me was highly customized to my situation and good troubleshooting was done. Excellent.

This dr was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in an ER or any dr office for that matter. He basically refused to do anything for my 9 year old sons ear problem. From start to finish he spent 30 seconds to a minute looked at the wax build up in his ears and said this is an ER not a clinic and refused to pull even a little ear wax out of my sons ears so he could hear atleast a little normal. Now this happened on a Sunday otherwise we would have went to a clinic but my son was so miserable he actually asked to go to the ER and we left with him in tears because the dr was so rude and did nothing. I will be filing a complaint on Monday.

Dr. James Sayovitz was my family Dr. for many years and always listened and did everything he could to help me. I was very sick the first time I saw him and his concerns and diagnosis were right on. I am lucky to be here today and I believe it was his and his associates that helped me pull through. I wish we had caring doctors like him everywhere, I miss Lakeview Medical Centers staff and doctors. Thank you!
