He is very through and understanding my needs

Staff need's to be trained, you treat a preson like you want to be treated NOT RUDE. And I only seen Dr. Voci, 3 time's out of 8 year's going on 9

I was satisfied with enough with Dr. Voci. I hardly saw him but I knew he is caring and well respected. I mostly saw his PA, Yvette but she left in 2017. Now I'm seeing Jessica who is rude and condescending, young and inexperienced. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. Medication mistakes go unaddressed in a reasonable amount of time (12 days), Appointments are canceled by the office staff without your consent or knowledge. When my problem resurfaced and I wanted to see Dr. Voci I, an existing patient for 7 years, was told I'd have to wait 4 mos. to see him but I could see Jessica in 3 weeks. Then somehow my appt. was mysteriously canceled. Oh and don't dare express your displeasure in a tone that shows your emotion. You will be accused of yelling even if you did not raise your voice. You will receive a disciplinary letter that becomes a part of your permanent record. What medical practice disciplines their patients??? Read some of the reviews under Dr. Gaincarlo who is the owner of… the practice. There is quite a lot of angry reviews.

I was assigned to this doctor, while admitted at Beaumont Hospital. Visiting his office as outpatient was the worst experience ever, his staff was very unfriendly. During my office visit to see Dr. Voci, they had me waiting for a long duration of time, then I never seen the doctor for an examine. He sent his nurse practitioner in the room and she relayed a message from him..how rude!! It made me feel like my health wasn't as important to him as the next patient. Nevertheless, as my insurance denied my test that was needed & requested by Dr. Voci , I called to speak with him or his nurse practitioner 5 times. His staff was rude, they told me he doesn't see his patients and there's nothing they can do to resolve the issue with Molina. After I did research, by calling my insurance company they explained to me they just needed more information from the doctor to explain why I needed an MRA & MRI completed. His office staff never followed up nor help to resolve the issue. This doctor has no… compassion or time for his patients, it's sad how I wasn't able to communicate with a doctor who's suppose to he with my health. I was a scared concerned human-being and him, his office staff and call center don't care to go over and beyond to help there patients. I called 5 times, went to his office 2 times and still no help. But I did receive attitude..This situation has made my stress level very high, blood pressure high and feeling more depressed my health complications

Best neurologist I ever had. He is caring. He doesn't make you have a lot of unnecessary testing or give a lot of Meds just to make money. He doesnt

Dr. Vocci visited me in hospital twice. obviously had reviewed my tests, etc. beforehand. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable, willing tp listen, etc. the office called me with appointment time day after I was released! Never saw him or any other doctor when I went to office. HOWEVER, the Nurse Practioner I saw was extraordinary! However, I waited 3 HOURS to see the Nurse Practioner and only after I went to "counter" to ask if i HAD an appt. The office was crowded, cold, and not clean. Personally, I would never return. There were NO doctors at that office, that day. Nurse Practioner, Marcie extremely competent.

Great person. Talks to you as if you are a friend, not a patient. Breaks everything down and answers all questions. He makes sure you understand everything and explains all options, even if he does not favor them. He does not rush through an appointment just to get to the next person. The way I can describe a visit is two friends sitting down having a normal conversation in a neutral setting.

Very knowledgeable doctor who gives his patients not only his time but his ear. He gives the patients the credibility of knowing their own bodies. He is very thorough, too.
