Dr. James Chien Liang, DO

I've been seeing Dr James Z. Liang since 2002 to current 2019. I'm very pleased with his services ranging from Families Medicine to DOT Exams & even Accupuncture. Sadly due to the poor state of our broken medical system in the U.S. Many are forced to take a long drive to get a real, compassionate medical evaluation & recommendations. He even goes above & beyond & will personally research symptoms & pull up pictures. His services are well worth the $80 cash. I've been to other Drs on my Obama Care but dont get one ounce of compassion or correct diagnosis & attention as Dr. Liang will give you. I wholeheartedly recommend this Dr. & he will be my primary choice of healthcare as long as possible.

Dr. Liang was my doctor for 7 years, he is the best doctor I ever have, no doctor to me can replace him. He spend time to give me the best accurate diagnosis, he always promt with great manner, Dr. Liang has a wonderful heart ,he never look down at you , he have always make me feel at ease with questions ask to better help me with my health. If I can have it my way Dr.Liang would be my primary doctor for the rest of my life. And if he should transfer his office I would follow him where ever he goes.

I have never met such an excellent doctor in every way. He is smart, is excellent at diagnosing. He is super polite and curtious and takes as much time as you need. He even called me at home ones to give me the results of my x-rays which were late in arriving from the radiologiest's office. Has a very high scheduling of patients and still able to see his patients in a timely manner. He is also familiar and knowledgeable with alternative options. I LOVE THIS DOCTOR. HE IS THE BEST IN EVERY WAY. I cannot say enough about this most excellent doctor. Have referred people to him also. I always talk very highly of him.

To whom it may concern, Dr. Liang has been my wifes & my primary since 2002. I have found him to be reliable after all of my diagnosis were all evaluated. I have Adult A.D.D. , Severe persistant anxiety and was cursed with a severly bad back. Wasn't like I was looking to get drugs & be on a persistant intake of non narcotic & scheduale II & III opioid & benzodiazpine medications. He didn't at first take me very seriously when I was first his patien. However after everything was diagnosed NOBODY else wanted to prognosis me or treat me. He has help me into physical therapy, got me a pain specialist, sent me to the shrink to be evaluated and has performed blood labs, accupunture, treated my anxiety by following my last Dr.s orders by filling my prescriptions and tolerating my MANY, MANY problems and needs. I would recomend him to just about anybody. Don't get me wrong, he is a skeptical Dr. and is carfull to whom he treat and how he treats his patients. DO NOT THINK you will be able to… just go see him and get drugs but if you do have medical issues and need referals, treatment, accupunture I would recomend him with all my heart. After our first year as Dr. Client I was wondering if his prognosis of heavily medicating me I did get a 2nd AND 3rd opinion. After getting my files All other Dr.s agreed that he had done EVERYTHING and MORE than he need or should have done. Dr. Liang has served the community of Tracy Ca. the last ten or so years. He has served at a NON PROFIT clinic and wasn't getting rich doing his job. He acted on compassion and drives a prius. L.O.L. , Dr. Liang is a newly wed and is leaving Tracy Family Practice and except for the fact that Im in a bind to find a Dr. to write my medications I whole heartedly recomend him as your Dr. He specializes as a Dr. of ostiopithy and is moving onto greener pastures. I wish him the best of luck and who ever finds him as their future primary, well their a lucky person. For those of you who doesn't have medical ins. I'd also recomend Tracy Family Practice as well. they are a NON PROFIT organisation and your ofc. visit is based on your income. " GOOD LUCK DR. LIANG "!!! This doctor did not seem care about his patient: my mother has Alzheimer and dementia, therefore, she won't be able to speak for herself, i would take her to go to see. Nevertheless, he is more interested to get her out hes office than anything else, won't listen to her needs. I am changing the doctor for her.

This doctor if he is certified did not ask what medications I was on before he started prescribing others. Liang is the rudest man let alone doctor I have ever met.
