Agree with some of the other reviews - felt talked down to, an unfortunately condescending approach to patient care. Seemed as though none of the context I shared was taken into account, simply "this is the prognosis."

Similar to the other review from 2020, Jamie has unfortunately not improved. In my visit, she started by stating: "I am a general practitioner working on a Saturday. How do you think I would be able to treat you if your dermatologist cannot?" before I even had a chance to explain that my dermatologist was out for 3 weeks and I needed someone to look at my eczema. And then she wrote in the visit summary "Urgent care is not to be used for second opinions on specialist's treatments" which I fortunately wrote before I left and asked her to remove. Cannot recommend and like the other reviewer her, I suggest she try another profession that does not entail dealing with people.

Jamie Phifer was my physician through the 98point6 service platform. From my two visits in 2020, I personally found her to be exceedingly rude and arrogant. In my opinion, she either has something against minorities or is just generally antagonistic. The nature of her job requires professional and courteous interactions with patients but unfortunately her bedside manner makes this a poor career choice for her. Not only was she unable to diagnose me and provide me with what I was requesting, she also lectured me about the "quality" of her examination and disregarded my comments. Logic that conflicts with her personal convictions seems to be categorically blocked out. In hindsight, it makes more sense now that Jamie affiliates with a low-cost virtual platform, rather than in private practice. From my experience, I would not recommend Jamie.

Jamie is very easy to talk to, is thorough, very communicative, and focused on you as a patient rather than a computer file.
