The doctor and the staff always has the answers and I'm looking for

In the years of my life and my health care Dr. Pina is one of the best. I would never change my primary care doctor. He has been my doctor for 20 plus years.

Dr Pina is wonderful! He always listens to my concerns and believes that I know my body best.

Dr. Pina is very excellent he takes the time to explain everything he answers all your questions!! I am sorry thankful he’s taking care of my husband!!

1.5 hours late for my annual physical and my first appointment with the Doctor. Rude office staff. Office is open to waiting room which cares for multiple doctors so your business is heard by everyone within an ears shot, so much for HIPAA. Says they except Medicare but will not bill correctly for it so you are stuck with a bill your insurance and supplemental insurance will not pay. The doctor seemed nice but I cannot rate him since I have never had a physical that did nothing but weight, height, BP and listen to your heart and breathing. Nothing else. They call this prev visit age 40 to 64 at a cost of $362.00. No johnny and complete exam, no prostate check, nothing but some questions, history and a blood work order for labs. Once visit and find a new doctor.

I have had Acute Asthmatic /Bronchitis (C.O.P.D.) all my life. I blacked out one day. My husband and I were getting ready for a night out. I was dancing around, happy and having fun. My husband went down stairs for 5 minutes and found me one the floor. I was in a coma at Bay State Hospital. I really don't remember. But when I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Pina. my husband told us when the ambulance came they had to use the paddles to jump start my heart. But Bay State was saying it was pulmonary .Dr.Pina sent me to Dr.Lyons. A cardiologist. Come to find out. i needed a material valve replacement. They usually only find that is when they do an autopsy. It is caused by rheumatic fever. or high fever for a long time. Dr. Pina saved my life. I have faith and trust him. My husband sees him now. He is a great dr. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He is very intelligent. Great bedside manner. Great with patents. love all the staff, they are very helpful . I will never… leave my Dr.

My husband and I have been patients of this physician for many years. We are both very satisfied with him.

I would recommend this physician. he spends the time with you and truly cares about your issues. He takes the necessary time and asks questions before diagnosing a problem. He also offers suggestions and is sure to schedule the necessary tests. Very thorough.

I have been with Dr. Pina for a few years, his wait times have improved, he discusses the optons open to your treatment/care, but I sense he does not care to have noncompliant patients. I always discuss options so he and I are on the same page when discussing treatments, etc. He is a no nonsense physician.
