I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Zemplenyi! I first reached out to his office because of their incredible pricing and from the very first consultation Dr. Z personally reached out himself multiple times, answered all my questions and was incredibly thorough. I flew in from out of state to get liposuction and he not only made my experience easy and pleasant but my procedure as well! He went way above and beyond what any doctor has ever done for me. The procedure went great and afterwards he had bagels and juice waiting for me :). He personally called me twice the night of my surgery and the next morning to check on me and offer to help me with anything I needed. I have never had a doctor personally reach out throughout the entire process the way Dr. Z did. I have already began scheduling my next procedure with him. Highly recommend!

I called inquiring about a neck lift and due to the fact I live in Olympia, the doctor was willing to look at pictures and agreed he could help me. I went in for the consultation and found Dr. Z to be charming and genuine. I went through with the surgery and am absolutely delighted with the results. The office staff was very responsive to calls and emails and I never had to wait more than a few minutes. In fact, twice he took me right back and saw me ahead of my appointed time because he happened to have time. He called me personally prior to my surgery to ensure that all my questions were answered and called me again after my surgery to "check on his patient"! This is impressive in a day and age when it seems like a lot of clinics treat people like cattle/$$. He actually cares and is a very engaging and personable man. I was also impressed that he listened to my stories of prior surgeries (I have had a lot due to a childhood accident) and remembered everything I had told him and asked… me more about it on my follow up visit. He also offered to come in on a Sunday just to accommodate my schedule, knowing I had to drive quite a distance. I cannot possibly say enough about Dr.Z to fully convey my appreciation for him and his staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Dr. Z!!

Dr. Zemplenyi is absolutely wonderful. He corrected a surgery I had at Kaiser many years ago which did nothing to help with congestion that made sleeping very difficult fir decades. The surgery took 4.5 hours because Dr Z took his time, did it right and corrected several issues. The surgery occurred on Dec 8 and after a month of healing my sinuses are clear! I am so grateful. He also made my nose look better because the Kaiser surgery left it looking wide after cartilage was misplaced. Dr. Z and his staff, nurses, anesthesia doc and Kim at the front desk are lovely, down to earth, caring individuals. Dr Z checked on me and because I came from out of town he drove me to my Airbnb. Another wonderful thing is Dr Z does his best not to cause pain. I had very little to no pain and tubes were not inserted afterwards. My understanding based on my Airbnb host (Kremena, an Angel) when we talked to Dr Z. After he dropped me off after surgery was this: Kremena had had sinus surgery a few months… prior by a different surgeon who inserted tubes afterwards. She said removing those was by far the worst pain she ever experienced. That Dr Z said is exactly why I don’t use them. You won’t regret going to Dr Z as he feels like a loving dad who truly listens.

We were pleasantly surprised over and over again how much care he and his staff puts into their patients. They go beyond just remembering your name which is more than I can say for other offices I seeked out, where the only time you can speak to the doctor is during your consultation and day of surgery. It was important to me to find a doctor who experiences with ethnic features. Dr. Zemplenyi is a master at his crafts, and I am thankful he knows when to make a judgment call to override my wishes to give me a more natural esthetic pleasing look. I honestly feel… my face would look weird if he did exactly what I was asking. Another thing I love about him, he was willing to give me exactly what I asked for if I was not satisfied with his judgment call, but honestly I highly doubt you will not agree with what he feels is best for you. My breast and nose LITERALLY look perfect for me. He was extremely helpful when we needed help and called him in figuring out how to do things the night of my procedure. He works long hours and has a great work ethic. Oh my gosh, we were floored to receive such care. I trust him with everything. Everyone is so kind there, from the front desk Kim and Jan, the anesthesiologist Dr. Gold, the nurses whose names I unfortunately don't remember.
