Dr. Jane K. Ybanez

Dr Jane is very knowledgeable and is so kind to her patients. Her staff and everyone at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all of you for what you do each and every day.

DO NOT USE THIS OFICE AT ALL! I was looking for a Doctor when picked her. But we all make mistakes don't we? Now I’m looking for a real knowledgeable, TRUTHFUL, and patient friendly Doctor. Dr. Jane Ybanze does not have the patience for the people coming into her office. She does not like when you question her ability to treat you. She only reads the chart in front of her. She does not do any research on the patient. She was to call my urologist which never happened. It took her 2 weeks to get back to me on this and she never gave me an answer after that either. I had an appointment with my urologist after decussing this with Dr. Jane Ybanze. I ask Dr. Evens had anybody called him from Dr. Janes Ybanze office. He said that No ONE had contacted his from that office at all.

Dr. Jane Ybanez is a very inconsiderate physician that doesn't reply to messages at Wake Forest Baptist Health. She also comes across as very uncaring, dismissive of obvious physical symptoms, and does the absolute minimum to get paid for her work. She had the nerve to recommend me for psychiatric help when I was obviously in pain and suffering from physical symptoms that I wanted to have checked out with another department. Unfortunately, she put in a referral for psychiatry and won't change it to the department I need to get help from. She also didn't care about troubles and time she's made me waste, coming to the office and asking for a referral in person during a workday. As I'm typing this review, she still hasn't responded to any of my online messages. I have no idea how someone working in the medical field could be so unfeeling and callous in the way that she relates to her patients. I'm already in the process of looking for a physician who actually cares. Please go to… another doctor or physician who gives a crap -- not this lady.

Dr. Jane Ybanez is the best doctor I ever had. She is a very caring doctor. She will take the time to listen to you where I had doctors that didn’t. I have auto immune deficiency and dangerously low white blood count. Dr. Ybanez has taken care of me knowing my Illness where other doctors haven’t. Don’t listen to the negative and cruel things people say. Dr. Yabanez will take care of you in a very professional and courteous way. Jill Bublitz

This woman has no patient communications skills. I accompanied my husband to his appointment and she pretty much said only her word counted because she has a MD degree. She did not like me questioning her idea that diabetic individuals can eat brown grains and was not open to discussing the idea or where she obtained this idea. When I asked what my husband would eat for breakfast I was told " a hard boiled egg and a low fat yogurt" and my husband is at a normal weight. She has no empathy and should be researching instead of having patient care access.

Dr. Ybanez is a wonderful person, an extremely competent physician, and has always had my best interests in mind. I have had three oncologists since diagnosed with breast cancer and Dr. Ybanez is the perfect fit for my needs. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking personable and expert care for their health needs.
