Dr. Janelle L. Krasovich

Dr Krasovitch has been my primary care doctor for over a decade. She is thorough in following up. She listens and explains things well.

For the past 8 years, Dr. Krasovich has been my primary physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens, communicates well and takes the amount of time needed for a visit. Recently, I experienced unusual symptoms. She spent much time, research and contacting specialists to help make the proper diagnosis. She and her nurse, Amy, are a great team. I highly recommend Dr. Krasovch.

I really love Dr. K's style and the fact that she listens which is very important to me. With me I want to always try the least invasive options for my care first before moving on to more intensive care. That is not to say that she does not recognize and emergent situation, she absolutly does. But, she is not that doctor who will just patch you, rush through your time. She does for me, what is necessary to be me feel better, also can recognize when you need to see a specialist (GYN, or Heart Doctor for example). I have been with her since she was a resident at UNC and have never been unhappy (more than her nine years in this office). I simply love her.

Chapel Hill is so lucky to have this outstanding Doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Krasovich for 4 years now and have referred many of my friends and family to her. They, like me, have been very impressed with her caring bedside and the amount of time she takes to really understand what's going on with your body. I highly recommend Dr. Krasovich. She is a rare find and our community is so fortunate to have her.

The front office staff were pleasant, but seemingly incompetent. For weeks, perhaps months, I was unable to get through on the phone. I was put on hold and their answering system repeatedly hung up on me, they couldn't remedy this in a month let alone a week. The nurse was rude beyond compare; that was my last visit to her office. The doctor seems to be intimidated by the nurse (and staff), I mean with so many nurses out there one would think Dr. Krasovich and her team could find some pleasant ones. I won't go back.

dr krasvoich nurse is unprofessional, rude, not patient and is short and sharp the times i have been there. i feel dr krasvoich is average doctor but nurse will make you want to go somewhere else.
