Dr. Jared Bunevich, DO

I waited four months for an appointment, only to be seen for five minutes and told to "come back in six weeks" after a CT scan. The most concerning part of this practice is the lack of transparency and the conduct of the staff (MAs/LPNs). My CT scan results from March—which showed a structural bone spur and mucosal thickening—were not disclosed to me until late April, and only after I pushed for answers. For over a month, I was left suffering with a significant "choking" sensation while the staff dismissed my symptoms as "reactive" and treated me like a burden for seeking follow-up care. The communication from the medical assistants is unprofessional and condescending. To be given medical advice via typo-ridden portal messages while having actual clinical findings withheld is a major failure in the standard of care. If you have a complex or chronic issue, be prepared to be your own doctor, your own advocate, and your own administrative assistant. This office is more interested in… "closing tickets" than helping patients. Months of my life and health have been wasted here.

I changed ENT because it was a terrible situation. The physician was cold and was in and out of my room within 8 minutes . Nothing was done. I was referred here and I am amazed at how thorough and caring the Dr. And his entire team was. They listened attentively to what I had to say. I couldn't have asked for a better check up.

Doctor very thorough and caring. Wanted a CT and return in 2 weeks. CT availability during that time frame was limited, scheduler had to "squeeze" me in to get me in within the time frame. Had similar situation before.

Excellent doctor. Highly recommend to others.

I know Dr B. Very good Dr,great personality. He make sure he gathers all the information about your preblem CT images, then he sre you again in a few weeks to let you know what he found and his treatment.I liked him.

As a VA patient using community care; for this particular situation I wanted to see this particular doctor because he had performed a surgery on me a few years back and was phenomenal. He addressed my concerns and listened to me while explaining options. I chose to come to him through community care because I know he would be upfront and honest about my situation and offer best course of action with out automatically going to unnecessary surgery.

Both the intern and Dr. Bunevich were very through going over all the results from testing.

I have already recmmended Dr. Bunevich to friends who have hearing difficulties.

I had to ask him to slow down so I can explain and address things so it wasn't rushed or shrugged off.
