Dr. Jared Wayne Parker, MD

Dr. Parker did my cataract surgery long ago and has continued as my ophthalmologist. I was diagnosed with glaucoma a couple years back. He is a marvelous doctor: personable, professional, highly competent, with the gift of explaining things thoroughly and well. As a writer, my vision is essential, as is anyone's, of course. I don't entrust its care lightly. I highly recommend Dr. Parker for all the above reasons.

I'm just so impressed with Dr. Jared Parker because he really listens to your concerns and will work with you. He did my cataract surgery and I never had any problems. He's a great doctor and I'd highly recommend him to everyone.

I am very impressed with the care by Dr. Parker at Ungricht Parker Eye Associates, I felt that he was through and well educated on the latest developments in eye care. What I really liked about him was his willingness to spend time with me and my son, and connect with him on his 4-year-old level. He was very calm and attentive to him. Dr. Parker was very thorough and took the time to get to know me and my situation. He really listens and then provided me several options. Clearly knows his stuff. Staff were friendly and almost no wait time. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again.

He is the king of up sales. I kept repeating the symptoms I was having and he wanted to do an expanded exam, okay I agreed. I was having eye pain, photophobia and acute blurred vision. He wanted to convince me I needed cataract surgery. He didn't want to address my complaint at hand.
