Our only problem is that he's apparently moved his office and didn't notify us. The office on Vaughn St. is closed and all the signage referring to Dr. Vincent has been removed. We wish he would have notified his regular patients before leaving so we could get a copy of our eye examinations.

Left town, delayed telling us we would need to reschedule our appointment before our child went back to college. Had to scramble to find a new eye doctor to get new contact prescription. Promised to send medical records--Never sent them.

I saw Dr. Vincent for many years when he was in Ruston. He left town without providing any notification to me or to other patients I know. He turned his records over to a doctor 30 miles away in Monroe, and now that doctor wants $50 to give MY medical records to ME! Demand copies of your records when you visit Dr. Vincent to keep from ending up in the same situation. What an unprofessional, irresponsible way to treat your patients!
