I always get prompt service whenever I go, the staff go beyond measure to treat you with dignity. They are all very polite, & do great follow-up care.

Their voicemail message states they will not return your calls. You must call while they are present. Thats why i left, failure to communicate.

She smoked in the office and when I had the 'nerve' to complain about the smell she told me that it was her office and she could do what ever she wanted. Keep in mind that it was a non-smoking building. On more occassions than I can remember I had to leave before being seen due to the very long wait even though I was there early for my appointment.Onec I waited over 90 min!! I knew she was there, I could smell the smoke.

To avoid telling a long story, here's the bottom line: At first everything with Dr. Moini was great. Then after close to a year things started to change. We weren't given refills for meds we needed, including my husband's asthma inhaler, which is vital to his health. We were treated rudely and our time wasn't considered important. We could have avoided extra copays for visits and prescriptions if things were handled differently. There were some things I needed help with and, Dr. Moini said there was nothing she could do, when I found out later that there are options. It was as if she just didn't want to spend the time on it. She wasn't consistent with her plans for my treatment, changing her mind out of the blue. I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor in my life. We ended up going back to our old physician and are much happier now.
