Dr. Jason J Batley, MD

I met with Dr. Batley regarding what I was told was a severe sprain by an x-ray at an Urgent Care several weeks before. Hand and arm had not gotten better. Dr. Batley x -rayed on my visit with him, and discovered I had a chipped (not broken) bone on my left wrist. Dr. Batley was very thorough, and is someone easy to talk with. Highly recommend.

The receptioness was so rude !!!!!! When I asked a question about my insurance , her first response was “OH MY GOSH !, we don’t do billing” she may not do billing but I’m sure she could have pointed me in the right direction. Also, the doctor did not have good bedside manners. Some doctors are in it only for what they can make financially, not because they want to help people and this appears to be the case with Dr Batley

great staff, very very personable..

I am 74 yrs old and in all my years of going to the doctor he is the worse. I had left hip replacement and he left the out side of my leg numb. He would not even try to find out what he had done wrong. He acted like he didn't care.

Finally a surgeon who takes time to care! A very personable and knowledgable doctor. ON TIME!

Dr Batley is an excellent doctor. He and his office staff are AMAZING! You do not have to wait long at all and they schedule appointments within that week. I love Dr. Batley. He did a excellent job on my surgery and I wouldn't want to see anyone else! If he were to leave Iredell County, I would go with him.

Great doctor. Listens to your concerns and answers a lot of questions before you ask them. Takes the time to talk with you and explain what the procedure entails and the expected outcome and recovery time. My husband had two knee replacment surgeries within 3 months with an excellent outcome on both.
