The staff and nurses were friendly and efficient. The receptionist helped me complete the questionnaire on the iPad when I ran into trouble. She was very accommodating and personable! Dr Burgess was kind and allowed my advocate to join our visit via phone. He calmed my concerns and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gary the tech performed the flow volume procedure/ultrasound and answered my questions. I was pleased with the appointment. I would recommend your office for those in need of vascular help. My first (and only, so far) meeting went exceptionally fine. He was personable , listened to my comments and answered my questions in words I could understand. My next meeting will be for surgery and I will (if possible) update after that.
