My husband and I were taken care of swiftly and professionally after a phone call with Dr Jeffrey indicated we both needed COVID tests. We tested positive in the office, given a lot of information and tips, and headed to our pharmacy to pick up our rx. We have the utmost trust in Dr Jeffrey. He's very kind and answers any and all questions. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new care giver.

I find Dr. Jefferey to be a very compassionate doctor who cares. The same sentiment goes to his staff. This quality does wonders for patient's healing process. He always greet you with a smile and apologetic for making you wait when it's really not bad compared to other doctors.

Dr. Jeffery is one of the best PCP's I ever had, and he is by far the best doctor I have encountered at Valley Medical Center. Given the huge changes to the system that has made appointments, access, referrals, and follow-up more difficult for everyone, one of the most important qualities that Dr. Jeffery has is that he serves as your advocate in negotiating the bureaucracy, and he goes out of his way not only to make things happen, but to keep you apprised and to correct the errors of others and keep them out of your records so they don't interfere with your care. In only ten months of being his patient, I would say that Dr. Jeffery has phoned me at home in the evening at least a dozen times, and spent a lot of time with me. Smart, kind, great listener, really good at seeing connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena.
