Dr. Jason Lee Merritt, MD

Dr. Merritt has exceptional skills. He listens carefully to each and every concern. He responds thoroughly to all questions, no matter how insignificant, and does so in easy to understand terms. And he will repeat his responses, re-phrasing them if required, until he has some assurance they are understood. He outlines the medical issues at hand and/or possible ones that may pop up in the future, along with recommendations and options for treatments. He doesn’t skip over any issues nor does he shy away from hard-to-hear outcomes and discussions. He is kind and he is caring. You will never get a rote response. And he makes himself available to you and your family. His support is ongoing and so very valued by this kidney transplant patient.

Dr. Merritt is awesome. He always takes his time and explains things thoroughly. Also he takes his time and answers my many questions. Never any issues with the staff either, they are very courteous.

Very attentive and responsive to your complaints. You do not feel rushed and there is genuine caring regarding your condition.
