Dr. Jason Pereira, MD

I had my first visit with Doctor Pereira today and am definitely switching to him for my Primary Care Doctor. He treated me as if I was a family member and took a personal interest in me. He did not come across as rushed as most medical doctors do. He spent a full hour with me, something I certainly will not expect on every visit. Based on this first appointment I highly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable and caring, excellent bedside manner and spends time with me to understand, comfort, and provide me with appropriate treatment.

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Dr. Pereira. Going to the doctor is often a tough and anxiety-provoking endeavor. Dr. Pereira creates an environment of positive reinforcement, but without sacrificing his realistic approach to managing expectations. I've had many doctors and have endured many visits over the years, but seeing Dr. P was the first time I actually looked forward to a medical appointment -- because I was always able to count on his great knowledge and diagnostic judgment, easygoing demeanor, and bedside manner, which are all second to none. I have relocated and am kind of depressed thinking about what my next Primary Care doctor will be like in comparison. Thank you very much, Dr. P.

Can be tough getting through Vanderbilt s system to make or break an appointment sometimes (staffing, call volumes)but Dr Jason "Wellby" Pereira is well worth the wait. He is a spot-on diagnostician and the epitome of a great family doctor! Can't say enough good things about him.

You wont find a better Doc! Cares about your health and you as a person.
