Dr. Basta has always treated me with a high level of professionalism, explaining every decision she thinks is best and why. She is very conservative with treatment, but when I directly asked her for steroid shots to get me by, she was willing and worked fast.

I have been seeing Dr. Basta for knee issues for 9 1/2 years. She performed 2 knee surgeries on my knees, one on each knee. The right knee was an extensive surgery to correct many issues. She is a very caring attentive Dr. Both of my knees were pain free and very good for approximately 5-6 years. She had told me if I could go 10 years with out knee replacement surgery we would be doing good, I am now at 9 1/2 years and just had my first discussion with Dr. Basta aobut knee replacement surgery. I will be planning the replacement of both of my knees and Dr. Basta will be performing the surgeries since I have complete confidence in her abilities and care of me as a patient.
