Dr. Jeanne Mitterando, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Mitterando for a few years and think she is great. Spends all the time I think we need. Checks all my records. Shows concern. Can't say a negative thing about her.

I've been seeing Dr. Mitterando for a few years. My experience with Dr. Mitterando is that she does listen and pays attention to my medical concerns and questions. I don't feel rushed. She reviews my blood work results in detail; makes appropriate suggestions for a healthier living; recommended a specialist for a second opinion when she thought it would benefit my current medical situation.

Feels like a quickie, she comes in, sometimes she has a fake accent, speaks in a language no one without a degree can understand and doesn’t listen to the actual problems. RUN FAR AWAY from this “physican” literally the most unkind and unobservant P.O.S. I have EVER come across

My 18 year old daughter had a pain and I took her to Bridgewater Medical Group. We got appointment with "doctor" Mitterando. She did not listen, was dismissive, laughed at any of my daughters complains. We did not get any help just an aggravation. My daughter end up crying because she felt humiliated and was still in pain. There are plenty of good doctors at that practice but make sure to avoid Mitterando.

Dr. Jeanne Mitterando is a wonderful doctor. She is pleasant and thorough. I have been with her for years, even after I moved to a different county, I will still travel to see her and go only to the hospitals that she goes to. She pushes me to get better when I was at JFK the last 2 times and she always follows up on my status. I would not have been so comfortable during my hospital stays had she not been there. She is caring and i will stay with PrimeCare as long as I can!

Maybe someone else's experience differes, but mine is that all sorts of tests were performed, no followup was done to provide me with the results - I would have to schedule an appt. or come to office to get them - and there is no writeup or explanation if anything is good or bad - just here are your results, do I need to show you the door!?. In the end doctors had no idea on the issue, no resulution, and essentially no one giving a darn if my problem is solved or not. They got paid with my money and not backed it up by professional help for which I paid. Ultimatelly no help was given, no causes were established, and so solutions were devised - making this a waste of my time and money.
