Dr. Getzinger has been my Dr. for close to 20 years. He has always been very caring and detail about any of my medical issues, I strongly recommend him.

Cornerstone Medical Shelby only cares about money! Not you as a patient. I was told to find another doctor after 15 years of seeing Dr. Getzinger because I didnt cancel two appointments in a timely manner in two years! Mind you, no one EVER answers when you call, so messages are left. I left a message my last appointment that morning saying I had to reschedule. No call back! Week later, letter saying the office could no longer service me. I understand being charged a fee for late cancels, but drop me as a patient?! The women at the front desk are rude & unprofessional & doctor Getzinger obviously only cares about $$$ He must have lost an appointment that day because of me!! They harass you to pay your bills & make you come in for a visit for EVERYTHNG!! If you want an office & doctor who cares about YOU, DO NOT CHOOSE this place or this doctor!

Dr Getzinger is wonderful. He has great bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable. I feel i can always be honest and upfront with him. New beautiful office and wonderful staff! I will always go to him as long as i can.

On time no delays. Nice staff, clean building and exam areas. Doc took the time to spend with me. Happy I found this place.

Office staff is friendly, efficient and easy to work with. Doctor discusses health and proposes tests needed. He has called me after appointments to check how I was doing. I continue to see Dr. Getzinger and would recommend other to try him.
