Sorry office! Let's office staff meet married patients in the bathroom for money (office manager Ragina and Dr A were are but said they couldn't do anything about it...)..wives you may want to have an STD check!! Keep people that do nothing but bring drama to the office..hire a replacement for some one who quit then fired the replacement for no cause to give the one that quit her job back Then gave the new one they fired vacation pay she hadn't earned and 2000 in severance deal. Dr. Alexander, who has 2 yrs left as medical director for skin care Institute (which he tells his pts to shop around, there are other spas) spends half the year in Florida so he can claim that has his primary residence so not even in the state to provide oversight.

I went in for a skin check and the PA Amber said I needed a biopsy. The biopsy came back negative but I now have an ugly scar on my arm which will need to ne treated by another doctor. When I called them and voiced my concern they said take a picture of my arm and email it to them. After doing this they couldn’t be bothered or didn’t care enough to call me back. One of my friends had a similar experience at this office with a mole removal which left an ugly scar. If you care about your skin and being treated decently I would seek a dermatologist elsewhere!

Being a perfectionist myself, I recognized Dr. Alexander's perfectionism. He's very detail oriented and follows every avenue of treatment for the problem. I feel very confident in his advice and treatment.

Dr. Alexander is wonderful. He is extremely competent and very kind.

I love the care I get with this staff. I have to have bi-yearly checks for skin cancer and all of the other clinics were interested in giving me Botox or other rejuvenating techniques and not interested in what my needs truly were. The staff upstairs meets your medical needs and the staff downstairs meets your beauty and relaxation needs.

Diagnoised my problem after 2 other dr's were unable to. Follows up with me even by phn when I'am out of town. Don't know what I would have done if I had'nt been referred to Dr. Alexander and his PA Autumn is wonderful.
