Dr Almand did both my knee replacements with tremendous post-surgical follow up and great results. The staff is great too and the Lakeland surgery center is awesome.

Dr. Almond is a great orthopedic doctor. His years of experience is paying off in so many ways, because he clearly knows and cares for each one of his patients physical and emotional needs. He’s been my orthopedic doctor for some 10 plus years and during that tenure, I’ve had a hip replacement, a total knee replacement, and they both are doing just fine. After surgery, you are not left alone, because there is a team, that is available to answer all your questions and concerns. The check-in and check-out teams are customer friendly. His team works with you for scheduling appointments, because they make scheduling conductive for your convenience. I highly recommends Dr. Almond and his team, so MS Sports Medicine is the place to be when it comes to hips and knees.

Dr Almand did my knee replacement Sept. 2018. Second knee replacement scheduled May, 2019. He is an excellent surgeon/dr. His expertise is amazing. Great experience and outstanding doctor. I had my right hip replaced as an outpatient and was back at work in less than 1 week. Incredible team and awesome surgeon. If you’re considering hip replacement, don’t wait. My pain is gone and I was back to normal, workouts and all, at 3 months.

He monitors my knees and while I have to have surgery at some point he is helping me get by as long as I can. Really cares about his patients.
