My daughter kalliope fractured her elbow, we went in for a cast and with her being only 2 we were nervous about how it would go. The staff there were all so sweet, kind and patient with her. The assistant referred to her as friend which was really cute. My daughter sat the entire time no problem (even during cast removal and x rays) which tells me the staff was excellent at keeping her comfortable and happy! Dr. Jex was also really nice and informative! Thank you all so much for making the best out if an unanticipated circumstance.

I took my son to see Dr. Jex to have his spine and feet evaluated. Our appointment was at 10:15 and we were done somewhere around 12:30. We did a full set of xrays on each area. The waiting room was very full, and most were parents with kids, and I was aware ahead of time that we would be doing xrays, so I anticipated a long wait/appointment. The staff still kept the waiting room areas moving, and a staff member called us to go in on time. I have no complaints there. I can't really say anything about Dr. Jex though because we never got to actually see him. We saw Lina, a PA instead. She was very nice. I felt like she asked all the right questions (I have scoliosis too so I'm familiar with this process), she answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything, and she was kind and patient with my son even when he was being silly. I thought it a bit strange that we didn't get to see the doctor we were scheduled with since this was our first appointment here, but aside from that everything was great.
