Jeffrey Alan Becker, MD

Jeffrey A. Becker, MD, joined Children’s National Medical Center in August 2008 as a full-time attending. He is primarily located at Holy Cross Hospital providing pediatric cardiology services to both inpatients and outpatients. Dr. Becker recently retired from 20 years of military service as an Army Colonel. He was Assistant Chief of Pediatrics and Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric cardiology, a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology, and a member of the North American Society for Cardiac Imaging. Dr. Becker received his doctorate of medicine from the George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C. and his fellowship training in cardiology at Children's National Medical Center. His primary interests include: non-invasive cardiac imaging, and etal and outpatient cardiology.
