Dr. Jeffrey Wayne Bragg, DO

Dr Bragg asks a lot of questions in order to find out exactly what the problem is and rule out what it isn't. I appreciate this because it's hard for me to express the problem in words. He is very caring and thorough in his examination.

Dr Bragg has been my doctor for many years. I think he is very kind and compassionate. His reviews would be much higher if it weren't for his secretary. She is often rude, and I hear from other patients of his that they also have difficulty with her on the phone and when they are in the office as well.

Doesn't spend much time with me. Reads computer and is very impersonable. Kathy not caring or friendly.

I reviewed this Dr in December. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, partly because I really didnt want to look for a new dr and transfer all my files. This practice has gotten worse. I have even spoke to the adminstator since it is part of Marion General. According to him it is a common complaint of the rudeness and horrible patient relations within Dr Braggs staff. I can not deal with being mistreated any longer.

I was assigned to Dr Bragg when my physician retired. The practice is still the same, but the staff is extremely rude. Communication is horrible. I am in the process of looking for a new family physician. I have given Dr Bragg and Marion Family Practice 6 months too long.
