Dr. Jeffrey Michael Cryan, MD

I’ve been going to Dr Cryan for many years. In addition many of my family members also see him as well. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional.

Able to get appointment same week, and finally found a GI doctor that ordered the necessary testing to find the cause of my pain. Already

Dr Cryan was extremely professional. Took an in depth history, a very thorough exam, gave medication samples and scheduled tests. One of the very best doctors in the area. In addition, his office staff was very helpful,friendly and explained every aspect in detail. I was in the office and was waited on immediately. I highly recommend this doctor.

When there is an attitude of not caring it reflects on the Dr himself. Either he has that same attitude of doesn't care that his front office does. Had an appointment, arrived early to fill out paperwork to be told the Dr was still at the hospital and probably would not be back for at least 45 minutes. No call, not we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Was told I could either come back, or make another appointment. When asked if I would be the first patient he would see, was told "oh no". We can't say how long you will have to wait. Additionally there is no building number for their address. When it was suggested that it would be helpful, since they are in a back area between buildings, was told we don't do that Verizon does???? There are building's A-H in this complex with a directory skirting the peripheral. Will not be booking another appointment.
