Dr. Jeffrey Dale Rosenbaum, DO

I have been with this doctor for many, many years. He is excellent! My mother and my grandfather have also been his patients. He is wonderful, kind, prompt, and accurate.

I have been seeing Dr. Rosenbaum for years, and his office was great until Botsford took over. I have referred so many people to go see him over the years, but no more. Don't get me wrong I will still see him, but I already know how bad his receptionist is. I have had several of my friends stop seeing him because of it. Today I sent a friend to go see him, and he looked up his office on google maps which is wrong. Then when my friend finally figured out where it was at, there was someone who had fallen in the parking lot so he stopped to help them up. He was 5 minutes late for his appointment, and the Dr. wouldn't see him ( I'm guessing it was the front desk, and not the Dr.) The first appointment my friend made was cancelled that day by the office due to a power outage, because of this he had to take two days off of work but never saw the Dr. I will continue to see the Dr. but will never refer anyone until he gets his staffing issues fixed.

Dr. Rosenbaum has been both mine and my mother's doctor for many years. He is a kind and caring doctor. He has a wonderful office staff that shows real concern for all his patients.
