Dr. Jeffrey F Morgan, MD

I have heard nothing but great things about Dr. Morgan . My 81 year old Mother is having problems with feeling like there is pressure in her neck, so her doctor set her up with an appointment with Dr.Morgan. As it turned out my husband graduated with Jeff. So, into our experience . We drove an hour to get to the office for our appointment , the moment we arrive and went to the window to speak with the receptionist , she was SO very rude the moment we spoke to one another . If I would of had her name and number I would have called her and told her how ashamed she should be to treat patients in the manner she treated not only myself, but my 81 year old Mother that gets very confused . My blood was boiling trying to keep calm because there were patients in the waiting room , unlike the receptionist who spoke about our matter in a loud rude voice across the room in front of the patients in the waiting area . I ended up asking for our paperwork back and walking out. I would NEVER go… back there, and it’s a shame being we never even got to meet the doctor. The world has enough rude , cruel people, it shouldn’t have to be in a doctors office toward and 81 year old lady. One thing is to talk down and belittle me, but this will NEVER happen to my elderly mom. I work with the elderly and have never been treated this poorly or in this manner EVER. If you don’t like being around people, or have the love and compassion for our elderly, it may be a good idea for you ( receptionist ) May want to look for a diff career . Hopefully Dr.Morgan reads this and takes care of how his patients are being treated.
