Our experience was excellen
Self-verified patient of Dr. Jeffrey R Levenson - Posted on February 25th, 2020
I noticed mixed reviews, so we went with an open mind. I am guessing that some of the negative reviews must have been about a staff person who is no longer there. We found the staff more normal than most, place was immaculate, Dr Levenson spent a long time with us listening to our complicated situation. He made the suggestions we expected, and are going back next week to review some lab tests. I have already recommended this office to a doctor friend. We grade tough, so we only gave 4 stars because this was our first visit. If this continues we will rate 5 stars.
NO return calls or way to set up appointment

I tried to set up a medical appointment. I let my name and number on the voice mail. There was no way to reach a human. This was done last Wed the 8th and I tried to call back today. NO HUMAN only voicemail which is full because they do not check it. Unprofessional

The staff at this practice constantly interfere with communication between the patients and the doctor! Doctor wants to prescribe a muscle relaxer, the staff says no.
TERRIBLE!

Levenson, M.D. The Research Consortium, Inc. 9303 Seminole Boulevard, Suite D Seminole, Florida 33772 Dear Dr. Levenson: Between February 7 and March 1,2000, Ms. Karen G. Hirshfield and Dr. Mathew T. Thomas, representing the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), met with you to review your conduct of a clinical study (protocol L of the investigational drug Zyvox (linezolid), performed for Pharmacia and Upjohn Company. This inspection is a part of FDA’s Bioresearch Monitoring Program, which includes inspections designed to validate clinical studies on which drug approval may be based and @ assure that the rights and welfare of the human subjects of those studies have been protected. From our evaluation of the inspection report, the documents submitted with that report, and your written response dated April 6, 2000, we conclude that you did not adhere to all pertinent federal regulations and/or good clinical investigational practices. Deviations noted in this study resulted from a serious lack of supervision of personnel involved in assisting you with the conduct of this study. You should recognize that although authority may be delegated, it is the principal investigator who is ultimately responsible for the conduct of a study. I find it VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to answer the phone & NOT identify yourself and once asked whom I'm speaking with for documentation...there was silence & deep breath, she finally says Kaamiya as if I was bothering her. First contact makes a world of difference. Stay professional and ALWAYS SAY YOUR NAME when answering the phones at work!

I spent 8 years from clinic to clinic and dr to dr in and out of the hospital on the edge of death every month , he and his office did the proper testing evaluating my condition and got me on the right meds, saved my life , I gained 50 pounds healthier than I have been in 15 years now, I go in every 6 months for test and follow up and have been retaining the great numbers and no longer feel like I have no quality of life, once going to die anytime now married and happy, I owe my life to dr Levenson and his staff.
