Dr. Jeffrey M Reznik, MD

We are a multi-generational family of 6 people, ages 17-86. Dr. Reznik and his staff have been providing exceptional care for us for five years and we could not be more pleased. The obvious sincere concern they show for our health and well-being is demonstrated through their friendly attitude during phone calls, appointments, quick follow up to our messages via the portal, prescription management and personal interactions. We highly recommend him/them at Primary Care of Brookhaven.

I went through depression and many other medical crisis. This doctor listen to all of my personal and medical issues. He was my physician for over 10 years. My husband switched insurance companies and I was unable to return to Dr. Reznik's office. I can not tell you how much this has affected me. He was and is by far the best doctor I've ever had!! An ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS family practitioner!!

I have been to Dr. Reznik several times. He listens to my symptoms, makes sure that he understands and discusses all my symptoms, makes an assessment with clear explanation of causes, research about the condition/situation, and gives the next steps to help me. I have not had a doctor that I have trusted more or felt listened better. I highly recommend him. You can tell by his communications that he is knowledgeable about lots of conditions and once he researched to confirm the many alternatives that would help my condition.

Dr. Reznik is the rare doctor who actually listens to his patients and knows when there is something that needs to be addresses. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Reznik is worth driving through traffic and construction to get to. He definitely takes his time with me and makes me feel comfortable, even when discussing otherwise embarrassing subjects. His staff is also caring and attentive. I've never been able to give any other physician all 5 stars in every field, but Dr. Reznik is very deserving.

Went in to get a prescription renewed. Didn't take a long time, professional staff, Dr. Reznik got right to the point and I was on my way. Great experience.

I have been going to Dr. Reznik for about 5 years. I like how approachable he is and that he spends time to explain any issues or answer any questions that I have. He is a really nice guy too. My husband is also a patient. I recommended Dr. Reznik to a good friend about 2 years ago and she has been a patient ever since. The office staff are also very nice too.

Dr. Reznik has been my family's doctor for 5 years - he sees me, my kids, my husband, and several other people I have referred.This is the ONLY practice I have ever visited that ALWAYS runs on time. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Somehow, Dr. Reznik always manages to make you feel like he has all the time in the world to spend with you. He is good humored and friendly, and has a wonderful way of explaining what's happening in simple, understandable terms.
