An Unusually Kind, Caring Physician
Posted on January 17th, 2011
I have been a patient of Dr. Steier's for many years. He is consistently kind, insightful, considerate, thorough, and very perceptive. They do not teach these traits in med school. His staff have also been very kind. You are very lucky to get to be a patient here.
A PATIENT'S RIGHTS!!!

DR. STEIER IS A GOOD DOCTOR AND IT IS TOO BAD THAT HE HAS AN OFFICE MANAGER THAT CONTROLS THE FATE OF DR. STEIR'S PATIENTS. THE OFFICE MANAGER DOES NOT TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THE REASONS WHY I HAD TO GO TO DR. STEIR ANYWAY AND WHAT THE FINDINGS WILL BE OF MY TESTS RESULTS. THE REASON A PATIENT GOES TO DR. STEIER IS TO HAVE TREATMENT, NOT TO DEAL WITH AN OFFICE MANAGER WHO FORGETS THE OATH THAT WAS TAKEN BY DR. STEIER!!!!!
Our office has a policy about the number of canceled, no showed and rescheduled appointments permitted. This patient has recorded 10 consecutive appointment issues in a row and was discharged per Dr Steier. Appointments are held for patients who request to be seen and show for appointments we are flexible within reason as explained to this patient.
