Dr. Jeffrey Steven Weiser, MD

As a young adult I had to transition from a pediatric to an adult practitioner. After seeing a professional GI physician for several years I expected my new doctor to have more respect and empathy for my condition. I expect my doctors to hear what I’m saying without interrupting or rushing me let alone judging me. Unfortunately Doctor Weiser did all of those things. When looking into my personal habits instead of listening and trying to understand my medical history it was being judged and even got brought into legalities. When I brought to his attention that a doctor and a patient share confidential information for the benefit of my health he became dismissive and rude. Before exiting his office I tried to explain my reasonings behind why the session went to badly and his response was an eye roll and 0 acceptance of what he did wrong. This doctor may have to reconsider his profession and rethink about becoming a moral authority but has no business being a healthcare provider.… Without the loving and caring secretary staff as well as the wonderful office supervisor there would be absolutely no purpose in visiting the practice again.

I went to see this Doctor because I have H. Pylori and I cannot antibiotics because after I take the antibiotic I get a nose and throat bleed. So, this is serious issue because I cannot treat the infection now. But he is a rude and uncaring Doctor. What he told me after I told him that I could not take antibiotics was that “I was out of luck” if I could not take antibiotics! He also was not aware about virtual endoscopy which was the main reason I went to see a GI Doctor. This was a waste of my time and money to see this Doctor. Terrible experience and don’t recommend him to anyone.

Dr. wiser wanted to start me on a new medication heimmediately calledmy primary care physician and my cardiologist while I was there to let them know and make sure they did not have any objections.

I live this guy! He doesn't overreact and only worries about things worth worrying about ..he is cautious, and goes the extra mile to ensure things are ok but he is not an alarmist. ..The best thing is he makes me laugh! And laughter is the best medicine!!ð???
