Dr. Jenifer L Barry, MD

Jen is great! I HATE going to the doctor and I’m stubborn so I rarely go. Recently, I’ve considered bettering my health in any way possible and have been open to her suggestions. She explains what’s best for me thoroughly and leaves me at ease. It’s nice to see that trustworthy and personable doctors are still out there!

Dr. Barry says she is a functional doctor, however knows very little about functional medicine. She prioritizes her skin care business over her medical patients; be prepared to wait if you have an issue. Actually, she comes in late to work regularly when you have the first appointment of the day. She promises a lot on the first couple of appointments and then backtracks on what she said. Very poor followthrough. She's all about $$$ and pushes her IV treatments and very expensive testing over and over again. She spends more time at your appointment charting her notes and reviewing the last appointment notes, than actual time with you. Be careful, she likes to run the clock up. I spent thousands of dollars at her office with no results. I changed doctors and had better results in much less time at a fraction of the cost.
