Rude, indifferent, gloomy.

Dr Peters was very pleasant, listened, seemed extremely knowledgeable, and quickly came up with a plan to test and treat my issues .

Needs to get past her own ego and develop some professionalism

Terrible bedside manner. I came for a consultation and felt that although she listened, she had little interest in trying to figure out what was going on with my symptoms. She ran a couple tests and didn't offer any suggestions or ideas about what could be the cause. In fact, she spoke very little at all. If you expect to have a two way conversation, see someone else.

Over an hour wait, cranky and unprofessional staff, doctor has a insensitive air that is rather disconcerting considering the delicacy of the field. What really sucks is that I wasted six weeks of time I could have spent searching for a good doctor to wait for an appointment to see a bad one.

I have found dr. Peters very professional but warm and personable

If I was you and was looking for a Dr i'd go somewhere else. Not only did I wait in the lobby over an hour but the dr was of no help! Along with the staff talking about personal problems loudy at the front counter. Not to mention the personal phone call the receptionist was on when I arrived.

Dr. Peters is a nice person and tries her best to diagnose and treat patients. She will listen and answer all questions.So do yourself a favor and ask her specifically if she is a specialist in your required type of condition and/or treatment. If you don't ask she will try to treat you, even if it is not her area of specialty.This could have turned out badly for me and my condition - if she would have followed through on her planned treatment my scar tissue would have been worsened (90% recurrence). Luckily I had researched imaging and treatments depending on type and degree of condition. She immediately referred me for imaging and follow up with a different urologist who is a leader in the field of my condition/treatment.I asked her what her area of specialty is and she said female incontinence. So if your diagnosis is something other than that then ask her who is the specialist for your particular condition/treatment and she will refer you to the proper urologist.

I always thought I would not appreciate a female Dr. Especially in this field. She has calmed my concerns, and has never disapointed me. I feel cared for here. Her professionalism and interest for my health is genuine and very appreciated.
