Dr. Jennifer Jablon Janiga, MD

Unfortunately this is only my overall clinic experience a I did not get to actually see Sr. Janiga..saw her P.a. Don't think I'll return....staff seemed surly and felt pressured towards sales of procedures and products.

Dr. Janiga and her staff are warm, friendly and always upbeat. They are always patient with any questions I have and are genuinely interested in my questions or requests. I live about 30 miles from her office, and could easily visit dermatologists much closer, but I like the way that I am treated there, appreciate her expertise and the friendliness of her office so there is no question in my mind that I would not go anywhere else. She has periodic promotions that offer discounts on products and procedures, which is something I really appreciate--it offers an opportunity for me to splurge a little and do something special for myself, which I might not have otherwise done. Whether I want a cosmetic procedure, or have a skin problem, I know I will always be treated well and be taken care of by the doctor and her staff.

Dr Janiga actually looks closely at your skin and listens to patient concerns. We are very fortunate to have the Janiga team expertise right here in Reno. I trust my skin to JanigaMDs

I have never met a more personable physician. Dr. Janiga was wonderful, compassionate and a great listener. I highly recommend her.

The office was totally empty of patients. I waited over 30 minutes, asking twice . . . how long it would be.The office was an advertisement for everything from eyelash enhancements, breast augmentation, Botox. Nothing about dermatology! It was the twilight zone. When I mentioned this to the doctor she grew very offensive and told me to look on her website . . . that drug companies did not offer pamphlets on dermatology because the medication was was generic. She made me feel very uncomfortable - she glanced at my face and casually mentioned I had some pre-cancerous growths. All in all it was a terrible experience. My first with a dermatologist and my last with her.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Janiga's. She always takes extra care to ensure the procedures are as painless as possible, and she discusses every aspect of the procedures with me ahead of time so my expectations are on target. I trust her opinions and have always been pleased with the results.

Dr. Janiga's new office was beautiful. She was warm and friendly. Her staff was so helpful and curteous. I was so impressed when she called me herself after my procedure to see tell me my results. I was so happy with the care I received, I am bringing my daughter to see her which is the biggest compliment I can pay to someone.

Friendly office staff, quick into room. Dr. Janiga was personable and easy to connect with. I would recommend Dr. Janiga highly.

My experience with Dr Janiga exceeded my expectations. Dr Janiga was prompt and courteous, she took the time to understand my condition and helped me feel comfortable with my treatment options. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dermatologist.

I had a 1:15 pm appointment. I was placed in the examining room at 1:45 and finally left at 3:30 pm. The doctor forgot that I was there. I can't believe that there was no system in place to eliminate this type of problem. I do not trust this practice.Stay clear!!
