I'm here patient. I needed a urologist but NWM choices left much to be desired with ratings. Enter Dr Miles-Thomas. Thank God. She is fantastic! I showed up with my microgendx test results that I ordered online ahead of the visit. She was thrilled and I was too because this company’s UTI tests are complete. She was extremely familiar with this company and I was so comfortable with her. She's incredibly smart and personable!!

“Individualized care” does not exist in this practice. When I had a more complicated recovery, I was told I was given the same medications as all the other patients and that was all she could do. I also sat and talked with her about my concerns with medications and could not tolerate two specific meds. Not 30 seconds later, she tells me that when I’m ready, she has samples of those two medications to try. The office staff are absolutes HORRIBLE, to the point that it’s comical this joint can even stay in business. They are incompetent and inept at their jobs with no customer service skills. As a rule, messages sent through the portal are not returned and phone messages are not related. I will NEVER step foot back in their offices ever again. They’ve lost two patients that I know of... myself and my husband. And they’re about to lose my mother as well.

Dr. Miles-Thomas is phenomenal! If you can tolerate all the crap you have to go through with this office, then you’re in great hands. Every negative comment on here is true... staff is rude, doesn’t return phone calls or emails in a timely manner, sends prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and has to be called twice to correct it. They randomly cancel appointments without notifying the patient and lie about the doctor’s whereabouts for that day. Their “call center” that takes their phone calls during business hours is full of the most incompetent people I have ever tried to talk to. Unless you have an extension for someone, you will never get anything straight. I was not given a pre op appointment to go over my consents and ask questions about the surgery. I had to become very insistent and adamant on the phone because when I called asking for an appointment before surgery, I was told my surgeon was fully booked for the next 8 months. Dealing with them triggers the PTSD I have from a… past full of severe medical traumas. One of my other healthcare providers attempted to contact the doctor and was told she was busy with patients and the nurse would call back. Never called back and never even put a message in the computer. Absolutely heartbreaking that an amazing physician has to have an office like this!

Dr. Jeniffer Miles-Thomas removed a failed surgery by another doctor and repaired my prolapsed bladder! I had some complications, but she was determined to get it perfect and all she cared about was my medical well being. She is a wonderful doctor who is very talented and has alot to offer.

Saw her once. Prescribed medication for incontinance. Was a few minutes late for 2nd visit. Was told I would have to reschedule and couldn't see her for 2 months! receptionist made me wait for over 5 minutes while she talked on the phone and BBed with another patient. Very rude and uncaring. Never went back.

Dr. Thomas was on call when I called her and told her my bladder was protruding between my legs and had a high level of pain. She said well this line is for emergencies, call Dr. Ani on Tuesday and just push the bladder back up. You can go to ER if want but they are not going to do anything. No bedside manner no patient compassion maybe she has these things on week days and non-holiday weekends

Very knowledgable, patient and personable. Even teaches teen patients well, too.

I had hopes I'd finally have a doctor who cared and would actually offer options. The first visit gave me hope. The second visit was total opposite. I felt as if my being there was a hassle to her. She stated all my options were exhausted. Except she had only tried two medications and after countless hours of research of my disease I know other options exist. I'm just not an easy fix. She seems well versed in what she does so for her to not try other options and basically send me on my way was quite upsetting. I have a condition that causes extreme pain and constant discomfort. Her best offer was to call my regular doctor for pain management. Even though on my first visit she mentioned vaginal valium. Second visit that was apparently no longer an option. Interstim or Botox was never discusssed. Very very very discouraged at this point.

Terrible doctor.. she needs to have her license revoked!!!

Her credentials and educational background are impressive, but if you have an opinion about how your care should go and she disagrees - there is no changing her mind! She is very unethical when it comes to sympathizing with patients with co-occurring emotional problems. I would look elsewhere.
