Dr. Jennifer Aimiede Odutola, MD

Doctor Odutola is an excellent doctor of her field. She is extremely attentive and thorough in her practice. This may make for a wait sometimes, but I would rather benefit from her expertise and gentle concern than to worry about a wait.

indifferent and sloppy office staff....constant problems obtaining follow up orders and prescriptions. Go elsewhere. They just don't care.

The Doctor is Very Good.......but she is very busy. Expect long waiting time when you arrive for your appointment. I had 4:30 appt, finally saw me at 5:50, no apology from anyone. If I arrived an hour late, my appt would be canceled and would be charged cancellation fee, isn't my time valuable too? Horrible communication with office staff, you call, get put on hold for 10+ minutes, finally being told to leave message for call back - no one EVER calls back. Paper work you drop off for doctor is misplaced or never followed up on. The practice recommends sending email - you got it, no response. During Covid, they have sign on door to text and not enter lobby, you text you are there at door, no one responds to text.......once you see finally get to see doctor, she is very caring, and spends plenty of time with you. Practice needs to shake up office staff or change how office staff is run or hire some more people.....Ridiculous

I would like to thank Dr. Odutola for taking good care of me. She has been my rheumatologist since I moved to the DC metro area about 7 years ago, and I have never felt better. Dr. Odutola listens to everything I have to say during my appointments with her, she is very professional, has excellent bedside manners and cares about every aspect of my treatment (emotional, physical and psychological). Dr. Odutola is always concerned about my welfare. She will tailor an individual treatment plan for you. I have been to two other rheumatologist with terrible beside manner. She is the best the Washington, D.C. area.

Well worth the wait. Professional, caring, listens carefully. Did not feel RUSHED as is the case in many busy practices.

Seems scattered & difficulty with follow thru for Rx etc

I have been a patient for over 4 years. I have some type of arthritis but they are not sure which one. Over this time I have tried many drugs only for my symptoms to get worse. It seems that they now have more patients they can handle since I have to wait 4 months for the next appointment and a return phone call is almost impossible this office needs more doctors or less patients

Waited 45 minutes for a very important appointment to review results of a cadre of blood tests; Dr. O walks in and asks the reason for the visit! Her office called us to make the appointment. We then sat there for 10-15 minutes while she read, after which she said she wanted to schedule more tests. Completely unprepared; did absolutely no work and could have accomplished the same task over the phone instead of wasting half my day. Avoid.
