Dr. Jennifer P Gray, MD

Was 10 minutes late for a follow up biopsy apptmt, road was all torn up and traffic a mess. The doctor refused to see me that day since I was 8minutes late, yet I saw her in the hall and they told me she left for the day, then I got a letter saying she won’t have me s a Patient any longer since I refused to pay the 50.00 missed apptmt. It wasn’t missed it was a late show. Money hungry, not caring at all. Imagine dropping a patient after 10 years over 50.00, stay away friends . Snow White has eaten the poison apple!

I've always liked Dr. Gray. I find her very kind, personable, and listens carefully to my concerns. She's had some concerns with a couple moles, she removed them and checked them, and they've healed nicely. I think she is very competent. (My whole family sees her.)

Unfortunately I did not get to see the Dr. My appointment was at 4:15. I was asked to come in prior to complete paperwork. I arrived at 4:07 and was told it wasn't enough time and I would have to reschedule. I was complete on paperwork with exception of my signature. Unfortunate, but I guess it speaks volumes to this Dr's practice. I better not receive a bill, she refused me.

I would not recommend this doctor. She is not able to perform routine procedures in her office as she referred me twice to a plastic surgeon.

Dr. Gray is impersonal, cold, and disconnected from her patients. I've been there several times. I sat in the exam room for overs 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment many times. I understand that emergencies come up but if a patient was 45 minutes late for an appointment the doctor wouldn't see you and you would have to reschedule. She didn't even acknowledge the fact that I had been sitting there for 45 minutes. All she does is enter into the room and gives her canned speech about what the sun does and how to avoid it for the entire visit. She does nothing to be personable considering you are standing in a gown naked. Very awkward. Basically, her personality is awful and I don't feel she does an adequate job. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

Great location and nice clean office, however each time I have gone, I feel like Dr. Grey speaks to me like I'm a child. I pointed out abnormal mole that she did not see, and she tells me at the end of the appointment to make regular checks of my moles and to report any that look abnormal. Uh, that is what I did. To have one mole removed, gave me the option of seeing a plastic surgeon or her partner in the office. I made the appointment with the partner and upon arrival to the appointment and putting on gown, was told that I was supposed to have made the appointment with the plastic surgeon - she didn't feel comfortable removing it. The two doctors seem incompetent to me.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor than I had with Jennifer Gray. I left the office in tears after she rushed through my appointment, told me repeatedly to sit on my hands so I wouldn't scratch my itchy skin (seriously), failed to listen to my concerns, etc. Her demeanor was cold, hostile and unprofessional.

This practice does not employ anyone patient oriented. It's all about the employees and medical people. There are lovely offices, clean instruments,and up to date equipment. This Doctor is very cold, distant, pompous and assumes the patient knows nothing about themselves. She does not listen, just talks. Most of the staff are similar to the Doctor. The patient seems to be secondary and unappreciated.
