Dr. Stein is a fantastic dermatologist - in office procedures (simple + complex), regular check-ups, and just a genuinely caring/nice person! I have been seeing her for ~10 years, and she has been amazing every step of the way!

Dr Stein really cares - she is pleasant & helpful. She had to remove a mole & there wasn’t any pain or scarring.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stein’s for about 2 years. I also have a history of melanoma. Dr Stein is so very attentive, through . She is available if I have any concerns or if I have to see her on short notice. I am very grateful for Dr Stein . Thank you so much Patricia Brana

Dreadful doctor and a total waste of time and money. I personally found her particularly rude, as if she is doing one a favor to even bother to see one. She cannot be bothered to explain anything properly. The biopsy taken was so useless the lab had to "guess" their analysis. I would definitely NOT recommend her.

Dr. Stein spent as little as possible time with me even though I came early and she was late. I didn't feel listened to or that she put much thought into the appointment. Also I had a question after she left about how to apply the medicine. I told the staff and they said they would ask her and someone would call me. Did not get a call..Would not recommend.

She was a wonderful doctor. I had the utmost confidence in her ability. I have been to ten different doctors for my condition and she is one of the only doctors that helped me find a way to get relief. I have some hope that one day my condition will be gone because she led me in the right direction.

I thought I was going to have to wait 6 weeks to see Dr. Stein but I got a call Monday because she had a cancellation. I waited 10 minutes in her wait room and then 10 minutes in the examination room. She was friendly and took her time. I showed her my mole and she looked at it and said it was OK. She did a skin check and found something on my shoulder that she was worried about. She took a picture of it and asked me to come back in a few months to check it again. She said she'd see me right away if it changed sooner or if it made me too nervous. She was great for my nerves!

Made an appt. with Dr. Stein months ago. Got a call today asking to change day of appointment. Called back, was put on hold for several minutes, then someone came on and asked if I was a new patient. I said yes. On hold again and she came back and was looking and looking and said that she was having trouble because the doctor was "so so busy." I was working and was pretty busy, too. I had scheduled the appointment months in advance because I knew that I would have reached my deductible by then and didn't want to start anew in the new year. After several more minutes I said that I'd call back to reschedule. I won't. She may be a star but I'd prefer someone who is a tad less star-like and has time for me.

Dr. Stein is an excellent dermatologist ... when you finally get to see her. There's a longer than acceptable waiting period when you arrive -- I usually don't mind that, since it can mean that the doctor takes more time with patients, but Dr. Stein's is too long. It also takes too long to get an appointment. Sometimes you have a thing on your skin that you want taken care of fairly quickly. But with Dr. Stein, you may have to wait more than a month for an appointment.

I arrived at the office and was greeted cheerfully by a very competent and professional associate. My wait for Dr. Jennifer Stein was only 10 minutes but that time was needed for me to fill out the usual forms and questionnaire. A brief minute after I finished, I was escorted into the examining room by a nurse and given instructions. Dr. Stein then came in and asked me some questions and proceeded to examine me. She was extremely gentle and caring and very informative as she examined me. She was extremely thorough and informed me when i should have a follow up examination I felt very comfortable and satisfied that she was giving me the treatment as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Stein and I would never consider going anyplace else for my examination.
