Dr. Jennifer Lane Vanderbeck, MD

Dr. Vanderbeck is one of the best doctors I have had. She comes in the room with smile and a very uplifting attitude as soon as you meet her and it puts you at ease. Besides that she knows what she is doing. She did two shoulder surgeries for me - one on my left shoulder and the other on the right. I still have pain and motion problems but without her I would be a lot worse. She is a great doctor and I have recommended her to family and friends.

Brushed me out of her office, the staff is very rude, sent me back to work with a torn tricep that she was suppose to fix

I had total shoulder replacement surgery . I have had other joint replacement surgeries . This was the worst experience. I have been experiencing pain ever since the nerve block wore off. I went to pt and I couldn't work out like a few others that she operated on a few weeks before me. I was still in pain 3 months after the surgery In my other surgeries the pain went away, this time the pain did not stop, and she tells me there is nothing wrong. She wanted to send me to a neck specialist, that I did not need. Now I am hoping to find a Dr. to fix me if that is possible , or find a pain specialist that will give me a permanent nerve block so I can't feel the shoulder. I needed the surgery , but I felt better before I had it.. .Waiting in the office is one to three hours.
