Dr. Jeremy James Janssen, MD

I booked appts with Dr. Jeremy James Janssen, but I have always been seeing this Physician Assistant. Their primary purpose is a business, not helping the patients. Will not go back again.

Front desk staff and PA are extremely rude. No follow up. Terrible experience. The women who took my blood was also very rude. They need to hire a whole new staff. I will be switching my primary doctor.

Loughing at patients, rude behavior. I am leaving them after 17 years of deterioration.

Office staff turns over every 3-6 months, and they’re rude. When his office staff makes a mistake, the doctor makes no attempt to address it with an infuriated patient, while in the office.

Dr. J. and staff have always provided the family with outstanding medical care.

First visit - arrived early to complete patient info form which was pleasantly short compared to many other Dr or DDS offices. Somewhat of a delay in getting started on the appointment. I was able to briefly cover a number of current issues and felt that they were now in my records for proper diagnoses and treatments in the future. My primary concern was discussed and an initial treatment plan started - on the first visit. Felt like a productive visit along with a complete physical, which some doctors would have required another visit in a few weeks to perform. Looking forward to a long Patient-Dr relationship with Janssen Family Medicine.

I really like this practice. They really listen and take their time with their patients. Everyone I recommend to this practice likes it.

I have been seeing Dr. Janssen for two years and after my first visit with him I started taking my elderly mother to see him as well. I am impressed that he uses medical students to help in getting the time-consuming information from patients and then personally reviews their information and input and then spends time with you personally explaining the diagnosis. His staff, particularly Sara and Vanessa, are efficient, caring and compassionate - can't say enough good things about them.

I think Jeremy is a decent doctor, but his office really struggles in the customer service department. Office visits are painful for the 50 minutes surrounding the 10 minutes spent with the doctor (and those are fine). Overall, this a decent practice, but after 2 years, I'll be going elsewhere.

I really have to tell anyone considering this doctors office to beware. I have serious suspicions they messed up my bloodwork which required a second appointment with completely different results.I asked the doctor for a perscription for chantix to help me quit smoking and saw a charge of 50.00 for smoking cessation / therapy. Basically, it cost me 50 dollars for him to say smoking is bad.On top of all this the doctor seemed rushed the entire time he met with me, and couldn't be bothered to even do the initial evaluation. When a new patient starts visiting your practice it would be nice to get to know the doctor a little instead of being pawned off on a medical student shadowing the doctor.This office is incredibly convenient to my home, but I will be looking for a new doctor who actually takes an interest in his patients and doesn't charge money for therapy that lasted all of 5 seconds.Look for a different doctor!
