Dr. Jeremy MS Lam, MD

Both of my kids (now 5 and 7) have always seen Dr. Lam, from the moment they were born. When each was born, he visited us daily in the hospital, even on Sunday! Their 3 cousins are also happy patients of Dr. Lam. He is always warm and reassuring and I look forward to getting his informative newsletters at every visit. I've always been able to reach him easily, even for after hours emergencies. I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes after my appointment time, and it's always been easy to get appointments right away. I've never felt rushed during an appointment and if desired, he offers practical child-rearing, discipline, and behavioral issues advice (and many of these are also covered in his newsletters). There's always information about new studies and new things to be aware of on the walls of his office or in the newsletters- he really stays up on what is current in the pediatric field. He has raised 4 children of his own (one is also a pediatrician now, on Kauai) and has been… a pediatrician for decades- I trust him completely with my children's health!

Dr. J took care of my son before he was born! He INTERVIEWED US, asking about our goals and philosophy of child rearing, suggesting pre-natal care and nutrition. After my son was born, EACH visit resulted in Parent Homework-Reading materials. We've heard it said that kids don't come with how to manuals, but your choice of pediatricians will make all the difference. We're pleased that Dr. J's son and daughter-in-law are also pediatricians. Yay!

Let me be the 2nd to rate Jerry Lam. Both of my grown children were raised with this mans advice and caring staff. Going beyond medical procedure and the fact that he was there when my girls came out of my womb, he has always been a family doctor and friend to me and my children. I hope he is still practicing when my grandbabies arrive. Couldn't be better. Thanks Jerry!

Looking for a new doctor. I always feel rushed with him and he comes across very cold and unfriendly. His secretary laughed when I called the advice nurse twice in a week. Acts like I bother them. He gives a very general diagnosis. My nephew went in to see him and he said it was sinus I believe and it turned out to be pneumonia. Very unhappy.
