All are fantastic except for medical biller, who is a nightmare

I've been going to Dr. Stoepker for a year now, and it's the best experience I've had with a GP. His bedside manner is outstanding, and I feel like he is genuinely invested in every patient.

Dr Stoepker is outstanding - intelligent, thoughtful, focused. His office staff are discoureous, uncouth, incompetant and rude. (E.g. left 4 messages with no returned call, when I finally did connect with someone they were short and unapologetic). I will not go back to his ofice because of the incomprehensibly bad customer service I received.

Doctor Stoepker is by far the best doctor I have been to. He made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. And I usually never go to a male doctor! He knows his stuff and helps you get a positive outlook on your situation. At Westside Family Medicine you know you are in the right hands. If only more doctors were like him!

Best MD I've ever been to see. He is the kind of guy you would want as a friend, not just a doctor. He stayed to answer questions after the diagnosis, and gave us as much time as we needed to discuss. We never felt like he was pushing us out or in a hurry to be somewhere else. The office staff went out of their way to be kind. The office was clean, sleek, comfortable, and modern.
