Sloppy work, lack of knowledge

Dr. Gottlieb is very sloppy in his work. He does not follow up when he doesn't understand something and instead makes up his own answers, true or false. He twists words around in ways not intended. He lacks the ability to read body language. Dr. Gottlieb would rather make up an interesting story than understand his patients.
