Spraying Liquid Nitrogen to take off a forehead skin bump, didn't put eye protection google on me first or tell me to shut my eyes, the Liquid Nitrogen ran down in my eye below, burnt one of the two Drainage ducts of eye liquid, in the corner of my eye, and now I have an eye crying too much with eye liquid that drains slow.. Made a complaint to Physicians Primary Care & Dr. Thomas sent me a Notice saying I can not be Seen by him or anyone else in Physicians Primary Care Group on 1255 Viscaya Parkway,,, they have about 100 doctors, I was boycotted with ALL, I'm a retired Doctor & have never seen such a negative, non caring response in my Life.... to a Doctors mistake with Safety or caring for a patient,,, He never said in any way he was sorry for what happened to my Eye...

Dr. Thomas is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever had. He explains things in simple terms and is so knowledgeable. He has been my and my wife's doctor for years and he is awesome. The staff are equally as compassionate and really are a great group! I highly recommend!!

Not willing to help another physicians patient out while she was out for the day.

As a patient of Dr. Thomas I recently requested health records. Upon receipt I found that Dr Thomas had made entries that he had consulted with me on various ailments, no such discussions took place. In addition his physical exams were rudimentary at best. Every visit was on the clock, next patient! After a recent surgery of which he received the records of and signed off on Dr. Thomas didn’t even ask how I was feeling. This same treatment was provided to my Wife who is also his patient.Do yourself a favor get another Doctor who cares about his patients.

I went to this doctor twice, just in case he had been having a bad day the first time. But the second visit was just like the first--he was rude, condescending, and rushed me through. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Went here one time to find a primary Doc and his first words after hello was excuse me as I type into laptop seems like doctors are now receptionist (um ok)… I was in a car accident in 2003 and have on going pain in neck and back also was given a 35% of being disabled. . I gave him my current ex rays and MRI disc that he would not take he just wanted the report that is on the disc, but he didn’t want to print them out. I have and always had FMLA (The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) is a United States federal law requiring covered employers to provide employees with job-protected and unpaid leave for qualified medical and family reasons.) I asked him to fill out the papers and he told me that FMLA was not for my issues it is for when your mother dies and you need more time off of work.. I explained that it is for my disability issues.. He threw his hands up and said in a loud voice I'M NOT DOING IT, YOU CAN FIND A NEW PRIMARY. Mind you I have white coat syndrome so I know I… was not confrontational with him. This man is just rude period.

Dr. Thomas was friendly and professional. He listened to my complaints. Scheduled needed tests and showed compassion. I do believe that all doctors unfortunately have a schedule to follow. They do no spend enough time with patients. And have very little hands on their patients. I have found this with all of the doctors in this day of production line service. I would give Dr Thomas 5 stars, but I do not believe anyone is perfect, perhaps 4 1/2 stars is appropriate.
